WiFi setup failed?

We are having trouble setting up your WiFi.

Please ensure the following:

  • You have the correct WiFi network and password
  • Your WiFi network does not contain emojis
  • The signal strength from your router is strong enough, and the router is up and running. To do so, check that your phone is able to connect to the WiFi network
    • If it is a weak signal, we may suggest installing a WiFi extender or moving your router closer to your bed
