# Why Can't I Feel the Relaxation? | Bryte
## Trying to run BryteWaves but can't feel the relaxation?
First, it is important to note that the relaxation is a very subtle motion underneath your body that can be difficult to sense at times.
Second, please ensure that the motion option is tapped 'on' from the BryteWaves tab.
If it is on, and you are still unable to feel the relaxation, please create a help ticket by selecting 'Settings', 'Help & Support', and then 'Contact Support'. Please submit a ticket so we may better help you and investigate.
