1. The Bryte Balance does not need to be rotated.
2. Ensure that the mattress is plugged in, and the green light on the power bar is illuminated.
3. Check that both QR code stands are facing the correct direction on each nightstand and are undamaged. If damaged, please replace it with a backup.
4. Check that the QR codes are for the correct room by verifying the room number.
5. Alert Bryte to any issues you encounter.
