We would like first to note that the wake motion is a very subtle motion. While most people wake up solely with the motion, we recommend setting a backup alarm on your phone for the first few days of using the wake motion to help determine how you respond to it.
Please ensure that your wake motion settings are configured correctly. Keep in mind that the wake motion is designed to start 15 minutes prior to the time set in order to ensure you are awake at your designated time.
