My sleep data is incorrect/missing.

We're sorry you are experiencing issues with your sleep data. 

First, we are aware that sometimes pets can skew the sleep data for sleepers. If you believe this may be the case for you, we are working on a resolution.

Second, ensure that your bed is connected to WiFi. Do so by selecting settings, selecting your bed from the 'Beds' list, and make sure you have WiFi information and good signal strength. 

If you do not have pets on your bed and your WiFi is strong, please submit a help ticket so we may assist you further. To do so, select settings > 'Help & Support' > 'Contact Support'.
