Bed disconnected during setup?

We are having trouble maintaining a connection with your bed.

  • Ensure that you are in the same room as your Balance Mattress
  • Bluetooth on your device is enabled

If the problem persists, please unplug the bed, plug it back in, and wait 3-5 minutes. Then, try again. If you are still having trouble, please email hello@bryte.com.
